I'm a Connecticut native who eventually made her way to Massachusetts, then onto to the West Coast, settling on Whidbey Island. When I was little I wanted to be a teacher but realized creating smiles through flowers was how I wanted to spend my time. If I'm not playing with cut stems then you can probably find me watching dinosaur documentaries or annoying my cats, Bean Sprout and Baby.
What's your favorite flower?
Hellebores in all of its varieties, but Romantic Antike Garden roses always sneak up on me. Their color is swoon worthy!
Who is your favorite musician or band?
Betty Who and The 1975, but it depends on the vibe I'm looking for.
If you could go anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would you go?
Does a tour of the European countryside count? There are too many places on my list, probably Northern Italy, Southern France, and Istanbul would be fighting for first place.
